Really we take Students from first year ESO. In acceptional cases we will accept children from a year younger.
Online lessons are in our mind and we will definitely build those into our portfolio in the future.

The time needed for Cambridge English First largely depends on your current level; progressing one CEFR level takes roughly 200 guided hours. Intensive study or immersion can shorten this. Generally, if you're at a good intermediate (B1) level, expect several months to a year of dedicated preparation.
Absolutely, I've taken students three days a week, that is an absolute maximum though.
No, it's way too tiring for student and tutor, 1-hour classes are way more benefitial.
I tend not to have the availability to do that, you can always check I guess.
